This production line is made of Textile Tube Cutting Machine + Conveyor Line + Surface Edge Polishing & Slotting Machine together, double station can deal with 2 pcs in one time. punch part can be added if required.
DTY Finish Line can do the cutting, curling and slotting in one line, which speed can be vert fast and efficiency. with The design of the compact, the line spend much more in length then the old ones.
JB-C is a particular machine used for paper tube, like air spinning, DTY, paper can… to curling and polishing the edge into beautiful results. the speed can be 35-45 PCS/Min. Can be connected with conveyor line after cutting machine.
