Function of DTY Yarn Paper Tube Finish Line
Equipped with paper tube feeder, automatic paper tube loading and unloading.
Knife shaft rotating speed can be adjusted according to requirement.
- Alarm device warns operator of machine trouble.
Connect with paper tube recutter completely by conveyer.
Lubricate paper tube edges before tube transferred to polishing die.
- Polishing die adjust polishing, curling length during its working, ensure tube length precision.
- Polishing die and curling die work synchronously, polishing and curling only require one process step.
